About EEPConsulting - The Global Approach
In just three years at a leading electronic automotive information company, Peneski successfully built local customer service teams in six Latin American countries, while ensuring quality, timely product launches for each field organization. She developed customer service compliance standards implementing these during on-site visits to Brazil, Costa Rica, Panama and Puerto Rico. With a team of three, Peneski negotiated a multi-million dollar sale in Sao Paulo, Brazil. For an Organizational Development team at a leading call center company, Peneski researched trends, established best practices and delivered training courses for over 300 Gateway Technical Support Representatives. She has globalized local processes for development of Latin American Educational Services departments, self taught coding procedures and a medical bill review software product before developing and delivering customer training programs. Peneski produced and delivered a three-week training course to 35 Chinese Motor Vehicle Department employees in Beijing, China. Peneski is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Madison, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Spanish. She continues pursuing her personal interest in intercultural relations by being a member of the Tijuana/San Diego Border Initiative, and both the Foundation for Women and Voices for Women, two San Diego organizations founded to assist women throughout the world. |
